Built by hand, from Roseville to Tahoe…
A general contractor who treats your home like ours
JS Construction is a licensed California general contractor working the I-80 corridor from Roseville up into the Sierra. We sit down, walk the space, and build a plan around how your family actually lives — then we show up and do the work.
Pull up a chair…
A family business, not a sales office
JS Construction is a licensed general contractor built around one idea: the person who bids your job is the same person who's accountable when it's done. We've grown slowly, project by project, from Roseville into the foothills and up toward the lake.
Owned and run by {{OWNER_NAME}}, with {{YEARS}} years building across Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado counties.
- One licensed crew — no revolving subs you've never met
- Clear, written bids before any work starts
- Weekly updates so you always know where things stand

Our favorite room…
Kitchen remodels, done around how you actually cook
The kitchen is where most families spend the most time, and it shows the most wear. We rebuild layouts around real daily use — storage where you reach for it, counter space where you need it, and lighting that works for both cooking and company. Cabinets, counters, plumbing and electrical are handled by the same crew from demo day to final walkthrough.
- Layout changes, not just new finishes
- Cabinetry, counters, plumbing & electrical — one crew
- Dust containment so the rest of the house stays livable

Frequently asked questions
Most remodels, additions and ADUs need permits, and we pull them as part of the job. Smaller cosmetic work — paint, fixtures, finishes — usually doesn't. We'll tell you exactly what your project needs during the estimate.
It depends on scope — a bathroom remodel runs differently than a ground-up build. Your written bid will include a realistic timeline before any work starts, and we'll keep you posted weekly while it's underway.
Often, yes — we section off the work area and contain dust and debris so the rest of the house stays livable. For larger projects or full kitchen teardowns, we'll talk through what to expect so there are no surprises.
On-site estimates are free. We walk your space, talk through the project, and follow up with a detailed written bid — typically within a couple of days.

Yes — completed work is covered by a {{WARRANTY}} warranty. We'll confirm the exact terms in your written bid.
